30-day returns

If Nailo isn't for you, return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. The device needs to be in re-sellable condition with its box and cable.

How to return

1. Email us with your order number and a sentence on what went wrong.
2. We reply within 1 business day with the return address.
3. Once the parcel arrives we refund to your original payment method within 5 business days.

Return postage is covered by us if the item arrived faulty or incorrect. For change-of-mind returns, return postage is yours.

12-month warranty

Every Nailo is covered for 12 months against manufacturing defects — motor, battery, switch and charging port. If it fails in normal use within that period we replace it free, no return shipping required.

Not covered: physical damage, water damage, and normal wear of the grinding head.

Arrived damaged?

Send us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we ship a replacement straight away. You do not need to return the damaged one.
