Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days. You will receive a tracking link by email as soon as your parcel leaves the warehouse.

Tracking

Tracking updates can take 3–5 days to appear after dispatch. That is normal and does not mean your parcel is lost.

Customs and duties

Orders ship from our overseas fulfilment partner. Depending on your country, local import duties or taxes may apply on delivery and are the responsibility of the recipient.
